3.1 Temperature / Humidity
Tests
3.1.1 Test
Procedure
The Temperature / Humidity Tests were conducted in
accordance with NEMA TS2-1998, Paragraphs 2.2.7.3 thru
2.2.7.7 and the Test Profile of Table 2-1, with the
following details.
The Test Unit was placed within a
temperature-humidity chamber in a manner simulating actual
usage conditions with all electrical wires required for
Operational Tests exteded through a chamber port.
Photographs of the test setup may be seen in Appendix A of
this report.
The chamber temperature and humidity conditions were
recorded throughout the following tests. The Test Unit was
operated continuously at the input voltage and test
conditions described below. Verification of proper operation
was by visual examination. The Test Unit was initially
operated at 120 Volts AC, 60 Hz. at room ambient conditions
to verify proper operation.
